The single most intensive, hands-on summer learning program in the country awaits you!
The Great Lakes Sports & Entertainment Law Academy (GLSELA), hosted by Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio, provides an intensive three-week learning experience that goes beyond that of traditional law courses. As an academy student, you can follow either a sports or entertainment law track and take four or six credit hours as transient credit back to your home institution. Classes can be completed in-person, you can complete courses online via live, interactive sessions, or asynchronously through recorded sessions.
Going beyond classroom lectures, you will experience practical lawyer training through simulation-based exercises that focus on doctrine, drafting and negotiation for professional athletes and entertainers, venues and franchises, while learning from a distinguished faculty made up of Grammy honorees, television and movie studio executives, and upper-level management of professional sports franchises.
